  I requested bo rounds well done, only for them to give me bo rounds that were re cooked to seem fresh. I asked for them to be well done bc I like them crispy. You are not supposed to refry food, anyone who worked in food industry knows this or that took serve safe classes. They tasted horrible, like they had been soaked in grease. I also ordered a Cajun filet that the biscuit was very undercooked and the chicken. Complete waste of 9.35. The biscuit was very doughy.

  The employees working at this location are beyond lazy and ignorant. I ordered 2 Bo supreme 4 piece boxes. Firstly, the food was old and the chicken looked like it was prepared days before. Second they never even made fries that day from what I believe. We got no fries and yet was still being charged for them. One order had Mac n cheese and the other mash potatoes. Both had Mac n cheese. Horrible in every aspect. NEVER go here if you want Bojangles.

  I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW IN THE DRIVE THRU, AN EMPLOYEE PRECEEDED TO SCREAM AND SAYS "IT RAN ACROSS MY FEET" SO I'M ASSUMING THIS LOCATION HAS RATS. I GOT THE FOOD I ORDERED, THREW IT IN THE TRASH, AND I HAVE NEVER RETURNED.

  I order a 4 piece. Get to the park and I have no spoon or fork for rice. No dipping sauce that I asked for. And 3 pieces of chicken instead of 4!!! Then I tried and tried calling but they won’t answer their phone. Annoyed ! 😠

  This Bojangles has the rudest employees I have EVER encountered in my whole life! We used the drive thru for this visit and the person taking our order talked so fast I had to ask him to repeat himself. I very clearly ordered our drinks to be starry and Mountain Dew. When we got to the window the woman handed me a clear drink and one that was NOT Mt Dew. I looked at it and said I ordered Mt Dew and she said sweet tea. I repeated several times what my order was and she kept insisting I said sweet tea and even checked with the guy who took my order and he said sweet tea. I do not like sweet tea at Bojangles so I would have never ordered it. She went to change the drink and hands me another and says Dr Pepper! I looked at her in shock and thought it was some kind of joke. I said again I ordered Mt Dew! She tried to say I said Dr Pepper and acted like I was wrong again and said oh I’ll just change it in a very condescending voice. I finally got the correct drink which I am not going to drink now because these people were so rude they were borderline mean and who knows what they could have put in it. We did not have straws so I asked for them and she said aren’t they in the box so I looked but they are not usually in the box, when I turned back to the window she is waving two straws at me and loudly saying straws, straws!! What ever happens to the customer is always right?! And in this case I was!
