Can’t get a simple order right. Ordered classic Arby’s sandwich and got nasty beef and cheddar. That happened twice. I’ll never go back. They are incompetent or just plain don’t care.

Me and my wife ordered 2 roast beef combos, my combo was large. When our food was ready I noticed that my fries were in a small box and I told the cashier that I paid for a large. She grabbed the fries off the tray a took them back and dumped them in a large box and placed them back on the tray. When I told her that she just changed the box and not the quantity of fries, she got an attitude, so we just proceeded to the booth to eat. We then both noticed that our sandwiches were extremely cold so I asked for a refund. This lady named Drena got an attitude because we wanted a refund and didn't even apologize. We will never eat at this location again.

So I came in one day and ordered a strawberry lemonade the guy that was taking my order received the lemonade from one of the ladies in the kitchen he was a older guy never got his name, him and I both noticed that the strawberry lemonade was very plain just from looking at it I didn't even have to say anything he took it himself to the kitchen and fixed it for me as soon as he brought it back the drink looked completely different it actually had some color to it and the drink was delicious I really appreciate him for doing that.

Pulled up 40 minutes, before close. waited and waited then drove by the window saw 3-4 employees by the registers inside.
Waited there, nothing. Came back to the speaker again, said something multiple times into the speaker again, waited. Nothing. ride back by the window they all had disappeared and went and hid I guess. I could see them hiding.
I get maybe 10-5 minutes before close but almost an hour before closing with 3-4 employees still there hiding and informing someone is crazy. I guess there’s the small chance they somehow after all that time and driving to the window they didn’t hear or see us, but that’s almost worst. Like what has th fast food industry come too? I worked in the food industry for 7 years. And that’s just crazy. What’s the point even, if being open late till 11 if your employees aren’t going to take orders the last hour.
