Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I get to the window and the lady is taking the person at the speakers order while my sandwich is sitting at the window. Literally took 3-4 mins before I got my sandwich while at the window. This is the third time I’ve ever been here and it’s been insanely slow each time.

However, the young lady at the window was very kind and quickly corrected the order on the screen, which I really appreciated. Despite her efforts, when I received my food, the order was still wrong. They tried to fix it, but after leaving the drive-thru, I realized I was still missing items. and my Sprite tasted horrible! This was surprising because I have never had issues with my order at any other Whataburger location. While the staff showed great customer service, I believe a little more training could help improve order accuracy and overall experience.

The second car sat at window nearly the entire 15 minutes chatting back and forth to clerk before they were finally told to move up. Absolutely ridiculous!! So upset that I didn’t even enjoy my burger. Ya are definitely not proud of the Texas burger
