  The old Hispanic lady working 4-18 during lunch was on a serious power trip today. My husband ordered on the app and when he pulled up to the drive thru, the old lady told my husband he couldn't have the food because he ordered for inside ( the app literally said pull up to the drive thru ) she continued arguing with my husband even after he explained he physically cannot go inside with our 2 special needs children they will destroy the inside of the restraunt. After awhile he finally got the food and we never received our orange juice. I was a manager for wendys and I know good and well it does not matter if the customer picks drive thru or carry out. I would encourage the old lady to pick and choose her battles because I know that drive thru time matters way more than what a customer selected on the app.

  I went to Wendy’s tonight about 20 minutes ago and I had to wait on spicy nuggets which is ok. I figured I’d get hot fries if I waited but when I got my bag the fries was cold and my burger had hard bread and no lettuce. I called at home and got absolutely no answer. I am highly disappointed!!!

  Burger bun was tough fries like dirt. I only ate the patty and threw the fries on the road.

  Whoever the so called manager caucasian man is that was working front on 02/26/26 around 6pm need to be reevaluated literally was disgusted with his attitude and how he treated me and my family today . If you don’t like your job find a different one instead of being nasty and rude to customers nobody told you or begged you to work at Wendy’s . Need to hire better people to work customer service because yall going out sad for real at this point . Don’t want to return if the workers and customer service is going to act rude or as if they don’t like the job. It was that bad ! not going to receive my money ! I get it everyone has stuff going on and bad days here and there but you don’t have to take it out on others. Also was told all of my food was in the bag so I checked of course I was missing items ! Please get it together.
