I ordered my food (online) 30mins before I arrived to the store and they still took another 10mins to get it ready. They were more focused on drive thru than online orders I guess.

Food is good. I have had good service at this location most of the time. Usually pretty quiet if you want to dine in.

All of our taco hardshells were broken, super sloppy burritos, and our order wasn’t even correct… some items we ended up throwing away. I understand this is fast food, but this was EXTRA lol.

The employees here are so polite! The fresco tacos and pintos and cheese are always delicious. I took off a star because they never seem to get the cinnamon twists right. Sometimes they don't put enough cinnamon. Sometimes they are hard.

no one should have to wait in a drive through for over 20 minutes without knowing the drive through is actually closed. I placed an order after work to pick up my food in the drive through. This is at almost 9pm. I get there and there’s a few cars in the drive though. 5 minutes go by. no biggie. 10 minutes and no movement, getting a little irritated but I understand that being short staffed could be a possibility. 20 minutes is a problem. As i’m waiting, Im watching people walk inside in and out with their food so this clearly has to be a drive through issue. also; the way the drive through is made at this specific location, if you have someone pull up behind you when you’re already kinda close to the speaker, you absolutely have no way to get out. they have a curb going all alongside of the drive through. Thankfully the guy behind me pulled off because I’m sure he was tired of waiting too. I backed up and went inside and I told the cashier I ordered for drive through but I’ve been waiting almost 30 minutes with no movement in the drive through. she proceeds to tell me that unfortunately the drive through and in store pickup is two different systems so they could not make my food inside and I would have go wait back in the drive through. I tell her I’d rather just cancel my order and she tells me that she cannot do that either. at this point I’m visibly upset and I don’t like making myself look like a “karen” .. I asked her “so you’re telling me I have to go wait back in the long line that’s not moving because you can’t give me a refund??” and she says yes. I told her that’s not going to work and so the manager comes up to me and explains to me that the drive through is actually down right now and nothing he can do. so why is no one going outside telling all of the people waiting in drive through this? I then tell him I just want a refund. he tells me I can cancel my order on the app. why didn’t the cashier tell me this to begin with instead of telling me Id have to go wait back in line and getting an attitude with me because I’m upset I can’t get my money back and I have to continue to wait in the drive through that’s actually closed??. I wasn’t aware you could cancel your order on the app and it’s not the easiest to find. I just walked out and the whole situation was just very upsetting for me. (I’m a sensitive person)… anyways, Taco Bell in Simpsonville, if you know the drive through is closed, maybe put out a sign or something or have someone tell people instead of having people sit in the drive through thinking they’ll get to eventually order but really it’s just closed. or take away the curb that’s all around the drive through so people can pull off and leave in situations like this.
