  Place looks almost abandoned. Only one worker in the whole place for the last 3 times I've been here. Said they had an "ingredients shortage", so they weren't able to add any extra veggies. There has been a bucket at the soda fountain presumably to catch drips each time I've been here. Half the sodas are out in the soda fountain. Just feels abandoned and empty.

  charged me $2 extra for extra black olives due to “the price of produce.” and this is what i get. This is ridiculous and I will not be back to this location.

  Door says close at 10 they consistently close at 9, employee shut the lights off on me when I pulled into the lot with the open sign on.

  I ordered online last night at 9:10pm and went to pick it up at 9:34pm and the Subway app where I ordered said the store closed at 10pm. When I got there, they gave me my two subs and I asked where the cookies I ordered were, as I ordered a 6 count double chocolate cookies box. The guy at the window said that he was closing and that he was out of cookies. I asked why didn’t they cook them when the order came through? He said he was completely out of cookies and that there were none to cook. Which there’s no way because I have friends who work at Subway and they said they always have them in the back ready to be cooked. He offered to replace my 6 count cookies with 2 little bags of chips. I paid almost $6 for the cookies, why would I want two little bags of chips worth $1.59 each, so total $3.18 compared to the almost $6 I spent on cookies?? So I said no. I asked can he just refund the cookies then, he said no and said again he was closing up when the order came through at 9:10pm. I used to work in fast food and if we closed at 10pm and an order came through even at 9:59pm, we had to make it. Fresh if needed if we were out of whatever they ordered. I can’t find a way to get a refund online, called the store at 4:40pm today 3/22/26 and can’t get an answer. I need either a refund or the order. This is ridiculous. If you’re not going to make the orders that come through the app, then shut down the ability to order on the app!
