  My first order here. Let me tell you people on the southern end of Greenville county....you got it good. The restaurants are in good shape, no trash, no idiots around. I had a pleasant experience. The staff was nice and had my order done very quickly. You will not get good food or service or buildings north of here. I wish my family could move here. Thanks

  We live closer to the Papa John’s on Fairview but they don’t compare to the customer service you get at this location. There are usually two ladies working when we come through the pickup window and they are so friendly. We placed on online order but it never came through on their system and she personally put in our order right then. She could have told us oh well, try again. She’s just the best. I wish I had her name to highlight her even more. We will continue to come to this location over the closer one.

  I ordered my pizza the total was $15.10, I gave the young lady $20.10, I guess she didn't enter it correctly because she looked confused so she started giving me $4 and some change I asked why she didn't give me $5 and she said it's your change plus the coin I gave her and she got her coworker who took her cell phone out to figure out what I should be getting back the manager came to the window who sided with her worker instead of just giving me the $5, I know it sounds silly but I gave her the amount of $20.10, so I just took the change. Ladies please do better on watching what your customers are giving you.

  I ordered for lunch at work a while ago and they delivered my order to the wrong address. I just ordered from home and the order tracker showed ETA of 9:23pm but then they unexpectedly changed my order delivery to DoorDash after the fact and the ETA jumped to past 10pm. I would have never given them another chance if I knew there was a possibility they would do that. Plus, I didn't get the blue cheese sauce cup I ordered.

  This is a picture of my papa bowl. This is the most skimpiest Papa bowl I've ever had. It's just about this thickness of a pizza crust. Plus it looks like they overcooked it. Will never buy from this store on highway 14 again. Not to mention my pizzas appearance look like it was made by a 5-year-old. Find another Papa John's if you want quality pizza, or just find another pizza joint.
