- CHCindy HApr 11, 20261.0Usually the staff is friendly at the window but today the lady seemed as if she really didn’t want to be there or be bothered. A simple hello, thank you, come back. She handed the bag and shut the window. Thank you Panera for your not so great customer service.

I proceed to tell her that I wasn’t doing it on purpose that my service was going in and out and how rude she was in the most respectful manner, she then hangs the phone up on me so I wasn’t able to complete my order once again all because of my service at the moment I wouldn’t recommend at all!

Bring it back Panera!! The guy behind the counter even mentioned how people have been complaining about that.,And the other is simply that the autumn squash soup is seasonal! 😂 it so amazing and I am sad to see it leave and have to wait for it to come back. It’s sooooo good.
