When I arrived at the store there were at least 7 people inside the lobby. I stood in the line a few mins and asked if any of them had been helped. They all said no. The person that was seemingly helping with the orders was occupied doing other things. No one greeted me or any other customers when I entered or at any point I was in the restaurant. After observing the individuals it was clearly they were not professional or properly trained. I saw them use the floor for bags that they were placing orders in due to running out of space. One person would call out someone’s name an order. For a person that was clearly not there but never ask if someone was there to pick up the other 7 or 8 orders ready. You could never get their attention and me and another customer had to literally call out to them after they clearly was ignoring Us to even get their attention after which they were confused on how to do their job. We had to instruct them on calling out the orders they already had(we could cleary see what order were ready due the screen. At this point I arrive on time to pick up my order that was now cold. Horrible experience! Most of the reviews are either 5s(probably the loyal foodies that just love wingstop) or 1 stars(the average experience) I would hope they would learn consistency and actually get proper training.

I have never paid to eat cardboard chicken wings but that's what I got tonight. 8 piece flats .... all over cooked and maybe even day old. Staff seemed unsure of what they were doing and definitely not concerned with customer care or service.

Fries were cold and soggy. My order of wings were also the wrong flavor. 3/4 of the order were lemon pepper when I chose other flavors. Did not live up to the hype and left me disappointed.
