  Gave this place two chances. First time had hair in my food. Second time ordered a double cheese burger, burger has no cheese. I take it back. It takes 10 min to get my “remake” my whole family finishes their meal. For context my 5 yr old ate her nuggets and kids burger and I was still waiting on the remake. Finally I have to go to counter and my burger is sitting there in a bag and no one brought it to the table or heck even told me it was ready. I open the “remake” and it’s raw, the whole paper it’s wrapped in is soaked. Two employees are sat there and I asked are the burgers suppose to look like this? They both said “NO, not normally, it looks very undercooked”. At that point I just wanted my money back so I could finally leave. Let’s just say Whataburger was a bust. The best damn burger that’s fast food at every other location I have ever been to. It’s a shame that my local one is no better than a microwaveable one I can get from the frozen section at Publix. Will was nice and the two employees that both admitted that the burger looked horrendous. I won’t mention their names as I don’t wish for them to be reprimanded for having integrity.

  It is great! I am from Texas and coming here is the closest I feel to being back at home which I miss very much. The manager Savanna is also such a sweet heart and made the experience even much better than I could hope for. Coming here is going home.

  Shout out to : savannah the manager and to page that handles the drive through. I am astounded of their work and their progress that they use to make waterburger as proficient as possible. We'll love to come back here with many more family members and friends. What a good place to eat and spend time with family. That's their slogan, what a burger.Because water burger is always fresh and courteous of others. 😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

  Savannah and Paige always take care of us. They have great service Savannah's on top of it. Every time we come around, we need something. She gets a taken care of paged. An amazing job at the drive through as always taking orders and taking the cash as quickly as possible. And moving the line long, I love this place. We'll continue to keep coming back for many years to come. Keep up the good works of savanna and paige

  Came in (typically a frequent customer) added ranch to the salad then bought another ranch. When I walked up to the counter I’m going to assume she’s a MOD. Addressed the issue in a very nasty and unprofessional way. Said that she’d have to charge me for yet another ranch to get one… what’s the out of having that as an option for salads if it doesn’t come with the salad. I get fast food is stressful but, she didn’t need to come off like that it was literally just a question and I was giving any attitude I just was trying to see where my other ranch was. This was uncalled for.
