  Whoever the so called manager caucasian man is that was working front on 02/26/26 around 6pm need to be reevaluated literally was disgusted with his attitude and how he treated me and my family today . If you don’t like your job find a different one instead of being nasty and rude to customers nobody told you or begged you to work at Wendy’s . Need to hire better people to work customer service because yall going out sad for real at this point . Don’t want to return if the workers and customer service is going to act rude or as if they don’t like the job. It was that bad ! not going to receive my money ! I get it everyone has stuff going on and bad days here and there but you don’t have to take it out on others. Also was told all of my food was in the bag so I checked of course I was missing items ! Please get it together.

  Went here when there was a snow storm. This was the only place I can find open. I wanted McDonalds, but they were all closed. When I got the nuggets there, they didn't taste good at all. At least the service was fast

  The caucasian women in the window on 2/13 was very rube around 3pm-4 around that time not only did she proceed to roll her eyes because she didn’t give me a spoon she also forgot my drink ! I really want these fast food workers to understand that it’s never that serious! Treat people right. You never know what someone is going through. Leave your attitude at home. If you can’t handle your emotions and be emotional intelligent then you shouldn’t do customer service ! I’ve worked at fast foods before and never treated customers as such . I called the manger which was who was standing beside her and he said “ I’ll talk to her “as if he didn’t witness this happen. If yall want to have a good team and up the reviews because they are low then work on your attitudes!

  We ordered from here on 2/11/26! Today we order one large Tea and one medium Sprite! No lines no waiting! The order was at 640 am the tea was sugar water! When we say sugar water it was just that, they forgot the tea. We started out when they first opened getting food and drink but food order was usually wrong so we started just getting tea in the morning!

  This is a very clean restaurant, the food was hot and served quickly, and the employees were friendly. Definitely one of the best fast food establishment.
