  This is a picture of my papa bowl. This is the most skimpiest Papa bowl I've ever had. It's just about this thickness of a pizza crust. Plus it looks like they overcooked it. Will never buy from this store on highway 14 again. Not to mention my pizzas appearance look like it was made by a 5-year-old. Find another Papa John's if you want quality pizza, or just find another pizza joint.

  Pizza was good enough and correct this time, but nobody was tending to the drive thru. Also one of your employees was brushing her hair behind the counter just after 7:25 pm.

  I was gonna give a great review but. EVERYONE NEEDS TO LISTEN UP ‼️ make sure on deliveries that you write on the receipt what (TIP) it is even if it's $0 because my delivery guy took it upon himself to add a tip WITHOUT permission THAT'S ILLEGAL.. and the restaurant said that he would give us a free pizza on the house then when I went to go get it. They acted stupid like they didn't no anything. So I will NOT be going back to this Papa John's again

  2 weeks in a row and get wrong order. Last time ordered pepperoni with extra cheese and received a pepperoni, extra cheese with peppers. They sent me another pizza. Tonight ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese. Received a cheese pizza! Called them and they said the pepperoni was not listed. I checked it ! Manager even put me on hold to change computers due to that one being slow! I have 3 order pizza places closer to me than Papa John’s! I can get a cheese pizza from Little Caesar’s!! Manger refused to make it right due to being ordered online which they encourage you to do. Poor customer service in my opinion. Will use a closer place in the future.

  Tried to order delivery from this Papa John's tonight through the app. For one thing the app committed my transaction before I was ready and I wasn't able to enter the tip. I attempted to call the location four times and sat on hold each time. No one picks up the phone. They don't care about the customer experience at all it seems. I even tried calling back and pretending I wanted to place a new order. No one picked up. Then they farmed out the delivery to doordash. My pizza was finished and it was 20 minutes before the driver showed up to pick it up. I haven't received it yet, but I really doubt I'll get fresh pizza at this point. I would call to complain but that seems 100% futile as they figured out the "one weird trick" of just never picking up your business phone during business hours.
