  I remember why I don't come here anymore. Paid full price for a double quarter pounder to split with my bro and got this value tiny burger instead

  I ordered three happy meals and two of them came without French fries. This is the not the first time I have been missing something from my order at this location but the first time I have called to complain. The manager was extremely rude stating “you’re gonna bring me my food and then you’ll get your fries”. I live far enough away that it isn’t worth my time but thought I would share that this McDonald’s (most if not all) doesn’t care about the customer. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will add that we went through the line when the restaurant was not busy and this error was still made.

  Everything about this mcdonalds is terrible. They never get the order right, and when they ask you to pull up, they forget you're there! It's a common reoccurrence. We got the wrong order, looped around, let them know (which mind you seemed to be a problem bc everyone was so confused?) were told to pull up and eventually we ended up just driving off after waiting 15 minutes for our corrected order. There was no one else in the line. No excuse. This has happened more than just a couple times. Beware, there is no way to get a refund through the app either. 0/5 ⭐

  Manager on staff in the morning is extremely rude. Ignores people, gets an attitude over everything. I spent 15 minutes waiting on food, when I finally got my food, I told the manager I was still missing my frappe. She snapped "okay AND??? making that takes time, it's coming, just calm down, damn!" Mind you, I had already been waiting 15 mins!!!? I will not be using this McDonald's anymore, everyone in here in the mornings acts like they are annoyed by having customers. For the price of what y'all charge, it's ridiculous to come into a store and get treated with such hostile attitudes, SIMPLY for being a paying customer. Also.... It's pouring rain and this location has multiple roof leaks... That's super nasty and dangerous... I saw one in the lobby and two in the food service areas....

  The worst McDonald’s in Greenville, and it’s not even close. Today we stopped by to try and grab breakfast and it smelt overwhelmingly awful inside the restaurant, like pure poop. We left and didn’t even want to touch the drive thru. The time BEFORE this that I went, they just weren't serving anyone??? I didn’t get an explanation why, just “we’re not doing orders for a hour”. If you DO manage to order at this location, expect something to be missing or fudged. Hate is a strong word but I really hate this particular McDonald’s .
