    One of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had in fast food or the drive-through had to park. Waited for 20 minutes finally walked in, and food was sitting on the counter and cold workers were very disrespectful.

    My son just bought a steak egg and cheese bagel. He didn’t check it there . He bring it home when he opened it up. There is no steak inside. What a shame.

    Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Order is never right. Both managers at night as rude as can be. Make you almost feel stupid for asking for a correct order when you paid for it?? They need to change their app with sauces if they are going to laugh in your face when you ask for them after offering to pay for them TWICE!! Throws them in the bag with an attitude. A MANAGER remind you. McDonald’s is already bad service, but good god I didn’t think it could be worse. Need new staff asap. Fire those “managers” and maybe you’d get better reviews.

    Your late night staff is horrendous. Either closing the store hours early regularly, or getting orders entirely wrong, or literally being too high to even process the order while you try and give it. Food is often overcooked, fries given are old and not fresh, they dont blent mcflurries. It’s so bizarre, idk how they have jobs.

    Worst service ever they take forever to fulfill any orders waited over 20 minutes for a door dash order that should have no taken more than 5 minutes the young workers are just lazy and don’t want to work or be of service.
