  Lazy people, they don't open on time of the advertisement, even you can heard noise of people inside but they don't want to open, everything closed, driving ..closed too.

  When we walked in it stunk. The tables were dirty and my hand stuck to it when I sat down. When I had gotten my Quarter Pounder it was wrong twice. Plus when I had walked away from the counter, one of the employees had given me a nasty look. And when I had gotten a large CONE, they had thought it said "large COKE" so that was wrong to. The bathroom door locks do NOT work. And a lady had ordered a chocolate milk for her little kid, but when she gotten it was spoiled.

  They seem to regularly mess up orders in the drive thru. I've been 4 times in the last two months and 3 of the 4 times I was given the wrong order but they did provide the most of the correct order later. Even when you get your order it is missing something. It might be something as small as a single order of fries or worse like a whole meal. I just don't understand how there are so many errors when I place the order on the app. It's not like I'm ordering for 10 people, only 2 which means it's really easy for them to check. If the only thing you have to do for the order is make the food and there is no room for misinterpreting the order how is something always missing? It's very confusing but at least the make the food well and it's fresh.

  We came specifically for the grinch adult meal. Did not receive grinch socks. Isn’t that really the reason to pay so much for the meal? Complained. Manager didn’t even come out. Numerous patrons were complaining also. If you don’t have the socks in the grinch meal then you better post it or tell customers not to buy it. Not as advertised.
