At this hour in the morning the coffee should be piping hot and coffee grinds shouldn't be floating around my cup.i get more grinds then coffee and its bitter. Im not sure what happened to the last lady in charge Melane but she gave the place a lift we all enjoyed. Its no wonder the place is so dry and dull now. I ask the girls here now about her and they say she's no longer there and was terminated i ask why they say a complaining customer. Big mistake on Dunkin. The one who claims to be manager now Melissa is all over the place acting like a chicken with her head cut off on speed ox Xanex. I told her my coffee wasn't hot enough she said we'll what do you want me to do heat it up in our imaginary microwave. Her and all the girls laughed. I will not be going to a place that publically humiliated me. I thought Dunkin was a place that was proud of the products they stand by unfortunately its not the greatest as of lately and the service here has gone down hill.
