I was heading over that direction and knew I was going order a pizza so I checked the pickup time on the app and it said 7-12 mins so instead of ordering I waited because I needed to run a few errands first. I placed the order about 10 mins before I would be there and the app still said 12 mins. I submitted the order at 1158, the tracker said it went in the oven at 1159 and then the tracker said it was ready at 1207, but when I went inside to get it they had not even started making it and there were other orders in front of mine that also had not been started. Had they just used the app correctly to adjust expected wait times and to note when pizzas actually went in the oven and actually were ready, the experience would not have been nearly as frustrating. I don’t mind waiting on a pizza but don’t tell me it’ll be 10 mins (via the app) and then 10 mins later tell me it’s ready (via the app) and then make me wait another 20 mins once I get there. Really frustrating experience. Manager offered $5 off the next order but only for that store, which doesn’t do me much good as I was only in the area visiting family for Christmas.

What's Also awesome is the app showed the driver stopped "at a grocery store" for about 8 minutes. Last domino's order. Do better.
