I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had while visiting your store today around 7:15 PM. While dining in, I witnessed an employee working the drive-through area drop a waffle cup and place it back on the waffle shelf. When my friend addressed the issue, the employee dismissed the concern and refused to discard the cup. Additionally, I observed another employee handling cups with bare hands—no gloves were used—and at no point did I see anyone wash their hands. This experience left me deeply uncomfortable and hesitant about returning. I’m sharing this not out of complaint, but out of concern for the health and safety of all your customers. I trust this will be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
