  No Arby's sauce at a restaurant called Arby's No sign stating this, only found out after receiving my roast beef sandwich and curly fries when I requested it. I dip my curly fries in the Arby's sauce also. How do you run out of Arby's sauce when that's what the majority of the people put on the roast beef sandwiches. Like going to a burger restaurant and only have chicken sandwiches for purchase. Most of the people that came into the restaurant after us were asking the same question. Why were we not told prior to ordering our food. Another lady had ordered her food on the app and came into the restaurant and picked up her food and inquired about Arby's sauce that she put on her order and requested extra, I believe she said she was charged extra, and she wasn't advised when she placed the order. Complete failure as a restaurant. Can't give 0 stars.

  My parents came to town and wanted to visit Arby’s for dinner for old times sake, and it was such a devastating experience. We read the sigh on the door before walking in at 8:30, it said closes at 10pm so we proceeded to go in and eat. A lady was in there named Aria (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) she was so RUDE to us. I believe she had cleaned up two hours ahead of closing time and didn’t expect anybody… but she sighed like 4 times while taking our order and kept rolling her eyes and giving us a stink face. It was so sad. My parents are pastors so they tried to smile and be kind even though she treated them terribly, but she was so rude to them it actually made me kind of sad!!! ARBYS DO BETTER PLEASE. We were treated terribly just for wanted to eat in side almost 2 hours before closing time ☹️

  The shift manager "Berkley C." was GREAT and very, very kind. He even gave my grandson a puzzle creator toy bag even tho he didn't get a technical kid's meal. We will be back! A++++
