I've had some good service but most of the workers there give you the feeling that you're bothering them. Today, I was waiting in an empty line and set a timer on my watch because I felt like I was waiting a while and it felt like there was no one working there. My timer got to 8 minutes before the Subway worker barked at me across the food court that she still had 15 minutes on her break. I hadn't said anything to her, nor did I even plan on giving them a hard time. I had assumed they were using the restroom. But now I refuse to go to a restaurant that treats a silent, waiting customer like that. I am boycotting Subway because this was the worst I've ever been treated somewhere.
