I was there on 3/27 about 5:30 pm. I had placed my order through the app but I wanted it made a certain way since the app does not allow you to give special instructions. I went to the register to let them know but they said I should get in line, which I was okay with as there was only a guy checking out and a married couple in front of me. There were 3 female employees but only on the food prep counter which seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. I don't know her name but she was toothless, had brown straight hair, short and heavyset. She was getting flustered about all sorts of stuff because she was trying to work on a drive-thru order. I don't know what her problem was but she started ranting and then grabbing several footlong bread from the oven tray then slamming them one at a time on the counter. She was fussing about needing help sorting out which tickets were for what customer (take out, doordash or drive-thru). She went back to the start of the line grabbing several receipts and tossing them at the foot trays in front of the prep counter, so receipts were in the food and then she'd yank a loaf of bread and swat it at the counter complaining and slamming food onto the bread. She didn't even use sandwich papers they are suppose to use to place the bread on to make the sandwich. She was so unsanitary and unprofessional. Finally, a second girl comes to the to the prep line who was originally at the register. She was more helpful and professional after we had to watch the out-of-control girl get worked up over doing her job and complaining about it for the past 10-15 minutes. The 2nd girl prepared the married couple's sandwich order and I discretely asked her to make mine too as I didn't want the crazy girl making my sandwich. The 2nd girl finally started to make mine but when we got to the last ingredient as she was putting it on, a fly landed on my sandwich contaminating it and we had to start all over again. Meanwhile the crazy girl was still complaining and got into it with the 2nd girl who was making my sandwich, and a 3rd girl came in and told them to quit fighting and just do their jobs. The 2nd girl tried to explain that it wasn't her that was all uptight, which I agree she was right. But by then, I was there about a half hour at this point and having to get my sandwich made all over again. There were people backing up in the drive-thru, people who had pick-up orders walking inside waiting for their sandwiches as well and more people had lined up behind me too to place their orders. The whole experience was just awful with all the disorganized employees, no manager, and the crazy one at the veggie toppings section still carrying on and holding everything else up. That girl should be fired, at least pulled off the food prep line as she was totally inefficient and if I hadn't of already paid for my order through the app, I would have walked out after 10 minutes of being there and not being waited on yet, but I was stuck. I must have been there nearly 40 minutes by the time I got my sandwich and I quickly got the heck out of there. I could tell all the other customers were irritated as well including the married couple in front of me. Where was the store manager??? This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. I tried to make my complaint with Subway survey but they only give you 5 days to contact them. I was on vacation and didn't want to waste anymore of my time on this Subway until after my trip was done. Thus why I'm doing it on Google now.
