First - I stood at the counter for a pretty good while before being told I had to order on the kiosk. I’d never stopped here before and didn’t know. When I went to the counter to pick up my food the older female employee was no ray of sunshine! I asked for 2 mild and 2hot sauces. With a deep huff she s threw a handful of each in the bag. I thought ok maybe she’s just having a moment. When I opened my beans and cheese they were so cold they couldn’t even melt the cheese! The quesadilla was doubled over as if slung in the box. Oh boy! I had to ask for a knife because it wasn’t cut all the way through. This ray of sunshine slung 2 knives at me! It was all I could do to not say something to address her attitude towards a customer. But, I wasn’t ruining my day to match hers! When I was leaving, there was an elderly lady at the kiosk completely lost. She had been standing there a few minutes and not 1 employee came to help her. I took the time to guide her through the order process. This was my first time in this place and is definitely the last! Want good Mexican food that is close to the same price range? With AWESOME SERVICE! Go to Moe’s just down the road!

This Taco Bell is always terrible but still went to it yesterday. Went in to get food and my experience wasn’t good but I’m not even writing about my experience I’m writing about another customer’s experience. There was a white woman and a black woman making food for the drive thru and a black man working the front and making the food for the front. I only say skin color so maybe management will do something about the individual I’m complaining about. But the black woman yalls “what’s that old man with glasses waiting on!” And he explains he was waiting because nobody was at the register to take his money and the black woman mocks this poor man and makes him so angry he leaves without even getting his food. I would fire her right on the spot. Definitely should not be anywhere near customers if she doesn’t know how to treat people with respect and kindness. Definitely going to a different Taco Bell from now on.

Not sure how you can be classified as a fast food restaurant when it took 32 minutes to get one discovery Luxe box. And then the entire order was completely wrong, but nothing you can do when there’s 39 cars waiting in line to get back around to the intercom
