But today we just about cried when an elderly couple, mid 80s at least, were turned away at the counter and told they had to use the kiosk to order!! They did not know how! It took them awhile to even come inside because she was handicapped and they turned them away!!! It truly broke our hearts and I wish we could have ordered for them but they got in their car and LEFT. This is unacceptable Taco Bell!! How could anyone with a heart do something like this?! Maybe you should just consider closing this location for good!

Employees walking out wearing gloves used to prepare food and then walking back in. Employees are rude. Except one manager she was good. Wait time for a couple tacos was ridiculous.

Went today, there was a bigger black female with just a rude attitude. First they forget my fries so I have to go back in. Then I get all the way home to find out. They made one of my burrito things wrong. It’s really not that hard.
