    DONT DO IT!!! I have sat in this drive thru for 15 minutes. Ordered ahead on the app and STILL don’t have my food! The lady in front of me that CLEARLY ordered a LARGE amount of food should have been made to PULL UP AND MADE TO WAIT!! THEN I was handed cold food and a MELTED milkshake! THEN I’m wrong for asking it to be remade. AND this is supposed to be CHOCOLATE! OUT of Arby’s sauce? UNREAL! I pulled in at 630 PM and FINALLY left at 6:51! WHY is it thay EVERY place is like this now?

    Very disappointed. My order was completely cold—everything. I called and was told I could come back to have it fixed. When I returned, I was met with attitude instead of an apology, and to make it worse, they still left out some of the curly fries. Mistakes happen, but the customer service was just as bad as the food. Not a great experience at all.
