  I would like to say this Santee location needs to be shut down one they don’t not take the time to do anything correct from the time I’ve walked in the door the customer service was terrible and disgusting the way they have inside looks. I ordered a pizza with only Italian sauce they gave me a meat lovers pizza. Like how do you make a mistake like that and it took me an hour to get the food after watching the whole front line walking in and out of the restaurant playing on the phones like they don’t have a job to do.

  Good pizza. I wish they did hand tossed on the newyorker, premade crust ruins it. Definitely could work on cleanliness but food is usually pretty good.

  Stopped by to pick up a pizza bc Doordash sent me a message saying my order was ready. I was told my order wasn't ready yet. There were a few others waiting as well. We sat for about 25 minutes before each of the orders were ready. The restaurant was clean and the two workers at the counter were extremely friendly. I will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

  I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service and lack of professional management at the Santee, South Carolina location. I ordered a Super Supreme pizza, but upon opening the box at the counter, it was immediately clear that it was missing several ingredients and appeared to be a standard three-topping pizza. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the cashier initially insisted the order was correct. It was only after a member of the kitchen staff came to the front and inspected the pizza that the error was officially acknowledged. ​Despite their own staff confirming the mistake, the resolution process was incredibly poorly handled. I requested a refund as I did not have the time to wait another 25 minutes for a remake, but the staff claimed they were unable to credit my card back. A manager was eventually reached by phone, yet she refused to look at a photo of the pizza and claimed she would have to contact corporate to authorize a simple refund. This caused a 30-minute delay and forced me to attempt to contact corporate myself, only to find that their policy requires franchises to handle refunds directly. ​The situation was only resolved after I called my bank to initiate a stop-payment on the transaction. Once the staff realized I was contacting my financial institution, they finally processed the refund. It is unacceptable that a customer must spend over half an hour arguing for a refund on an incorrectly prepared product. This experience highlights a significant breakdown in management training and basic customer service. I hope the franchise owners take steps to ensure their team is better equipped to handle standard quality control issues in the future.
