  If only there was an option to put zero stars.... entire place needs to be shut down, or everyone including management needs to gtfo of there. No one cares about the food or atmosphere there. Bad attitudes from everyone, then after ordering, I was told at the last window that some items were taken off without my knowledge, yet I was still charged. Was told no management on site.

  The morning cook Cameron seems to not care about fully cooking food. Several times I have gotten simple sausage sandwiches and can't even count how many of them were still raw in the center or raw on one side of the patty as if he only cooked half the patty. I have heard him speak about "not caring what the customer wants" because it's "his kitchen and he'll serve whatever he feels like serving." The morning manager Stephanie is always right there with him backing up what he says, encouraging being nasty to customers, DEMANDING they use the kiosk because they're "short staffed" even though as orders are made all she does is lean on where they bag our food as if the counters gonna run away from her. If you want to return an item? Forget it. You get belittled, argued with, and talked about the entire time they remake an item.... if they even decide to make it. Want ice cream? Also forget it, haven't been able to get ice cream at this location for over a years time since the boy with glasses I assume quit. I would be told the ice cream machine was broken but he'd always come out after theyd walk away and inform me he was the one that kept it running and it was not broken unless he said so, he would then proceed to give me a free ice cream for their incompetence.

  Went inside to get food. Left standing for way to long at front counter waiting to order. When a person (possible supervisor) did finally appear she demanded I use the kiosk and walked away. I left and did not get food
