The problem being I got a medium coffee with cream regular that's all. I see them making all these fancy drinks but no coffee about 3 minutes in she says it's coming so wait and then a ten minutes I see the woman that waited on me make a small hot coffee for someone. So I ask what is going on. And I get my know not so hot coffee and a they messed it up. And that's all that was said. I thought that's not very good service at all 10 min for a medium coffee with cream. that Luke warm I do thank Dunkin Donuts is a good company and good product just need trained help. Thank you
