  Customer service at has been disappointing. Staff seem disengaged, ignore customers at the counter, and show no urgency even for simple orders. There’s minimal communication, interactions and unwelcoming, and I waited forever for my drink. The behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful, including making fun of customers.

  The customer service at Dunkin’ has been consistently disappointing. Employees often appear disengaged and inattentive, frequently ignoring customers standing at the counter while focusing on other tasks. Even for very simple orders, there seems to be a lack of urgency or basic acknowledgment. Customers are often left waiting without any communication, and interactions—when they finally happen—can feel cold, unwelcoming, and rushed. The overall attitude of the staff comes across as unprofessional, with poor body language and minimal effort to provide even a standard level of service. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, the experience can feel dismissive and uncomfortable.

  Showed up at 7:05am. All staff was sitting outside, when they saw our car pull up they all stared at us and proceeded to go in and turn off the lights shut the doors and dance until we left.

  Only DD I've ever been to where the workers moved like snails. Waited forever for one hot coffee and a donut. Frustrating to watch. Bathrooms were a mess as well.
