The entire time, every staff member is shuffling around as if they don’t know where anything or anyone is - just staring at us while we’re waiting for food they should be making. Some of the worst customer service in fast food we’ve ever encountered because they don’t take accountability for anything. Give your dollars to the Arby’s next door and don’t waste your time here. A dead cockroach greeted us at the door as we walked out and that topped off the terrible experience. So, 5 out of 5 on both a disgusting and terrible experience!!
