    Two things: If you don't have the Smokehouse Brisket please mark it as currently unavailable on all 3rd party apps including your own Arby's app. It's not difficult and Arby's isn't busy enough for an excuse of "I couldn't break away" to get it done. Secondly: The older black gentleman, I think he's a manager, is making sandwiches with no gloves. If he's in management that means everyone under him is doing the same thing because he has no leg to stand on if he tries to call them out on it.

    Took 15 minutes to take order at drive thru there were 3 cars in parking lot i was first at drive thru all I know is who ever owns this Arby's don't care I will not go back to this one again
