  I’m writing this Taco Bell because your new crispy chicken crunchwrap slider is phenomenal, BUT if i’m getting a deluxe box, it should come with 2 sliders not one. It’s the star of the box and it’s the smallest item I have ever seen on the menu. Very disappointing portion size for a small item that we only get one.

  Just set in the drive thru line behind one car waiting for 30+ minutes to have there order taken no way out of the drive thru as it’s one lane don’t ever go here or waste your time and money.

  The way that I was treated / my food was handled over a misunderstanding on my part was highly unacceptable. I put in an order on the mobile app and waited a few min in the parking lot and I guess it didnt go through so I told them I would come around and wait a few min. After successfully putting it in this time. And go back through the drive thru. After about 3 min the manager comes out saying my order is ready and they wont bring it out to my car and I said how I was waiting a few min so they had time to make it and that I wasnt expecting them to bring it out to my car but she was rude about it non the less. When I came back through the drive through I was met with a cold attitude by the employee working the drive through as well even though I apologized for the misunderstanding. I let it go because it wasnt the first time I've ever experienced this. However, when I got home and opened my food, it was obvious to me that the way my food was handled was intentionally wrong. I paid for extra sauce on 2 cheesy gordita crunches and recived one small dab on each as well as a small amount of cheese on only one side of each item. Over all the customer service was worse than the food. I usually enjoy TacoBell and have no problems with the food but it was clear to me that since I inconvenienced them, they intentionally did not handle my food with care. TacoBell was my first job as a kid and I would have personally never handled a situation like that. Especially considering how minor it was.

  This is the second time my order has been missing items when ordering Taco Bell through DoorDash. This time, I ordered a meal that included nacho fries, but I only received the nacho cheese sauce—no fries at all. On top of that, my order was delayed an extra 30 minutes because the restaurant told my dasher they were “waiting on the nuggets.” When the food finally arrived, the nuggets were burnt, making the wait even more frustrating. Mistakes happen, but repeated missing items combined with long delays and poor food quality is unacceptable. If items are unavailable or delayed, that needs to be communicated honestly and orders need to be checked before being sent out. I expect better accuracy and quality, especially when customers are paying delivery fees and waiting longer than expected.

  To the taco bell manager on heckle that flipped me off and cussed at me in front of my 7 year old for asking for a item of my order I didnt receive i just want you to know I see you. I see that maybe you were having a bad day, maybe a bad week or may be a long string of bad luck. What you dont know is that I was on my feet for nearly 9 hours only having gone through my 4th round of chemo less than a week ago. What you dont know is that meal was meant to grant me 30 mins of rest where I didnt need to be on my feet any longer than needed by having to cook a meal for my daughter after an already long day. Maybe having a chance to spend a little extra time with her. Maybe you didnt see the way you made her break down in tears out of fear from your voulger actions and tone and you probably dont care. Maybe youre happy that meal went cold and untouched while i calmed her down. Youll never know the hell we lived through this year and i pray you never experience it yourself. They do say ignorance is bliss. People make mistakes, and its not uncommon for items to be left out. Im sure you've experienced that yourself. I know you will never see this but my blatant confusion and lack of response to your actions should have been enough for you to diffuse your anger but ive been around long enough to know not all humans evolve. I hope you heal.
