- SWSamantha WatkinsApr 15, 20261.0I’m disappointed with my recent order from Subway. I was charged extra for bacon that I did not receive. I order the same wrap with the same toppings regularly, and this location consistently charges $3–$4 more than other Subway locations for the exact same meal. On top of that, the wrap I received was underfilled — it looked like the amount of food you would normally put on a 6-inch sub, not a full wrap. It felt like I was overcharged and underserved.
- SKSherica KingApr 4, 20261.0I hate to leave a bad revie but I have no choice this time. I came yesterday and my sandwich was absolutely delicious and the ladies were nice and delightful. I came back today and a different lady was there, she wasn't delightful at all. All of the ingredients were put up and she tried to discourage me from getting a sandwich by mentioning how everything was going to cost extra. I got my sandwich and the bread is hard as a Rock. There is no way she didn't feel how hard the bread was when she cut it and made my sandwich. I wondered why she cut the bottom half so thick. It's because the bread at the bottom was hard as toast and she knew it. I couldn't even bite my sandwich. It just crumbled everywhere. Also she didn't bother to put wax paper under my sandwich so it just soaked through the paper. Lastly she over charged me. They are closed now and I can't go back until next Saturday but I want my money back. This sandwich is going straight to the trashcan. I can't enjoy my pepperoni, bacon or cheese on the Italian Cheese bread because it's so hard I can't bite it. It may have been close to closing time but you were still open for business and I'm a customer and you should always treat customers with respect. This was so disrespectful.
