  I really feel bad for underpaid and overworked McDonald's employees who do not have enough coverage for busy hours like lunch on a Friday. Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and never got any service. Parked and went inside, ordered from the barely working kiosk (other one was broken). Then had to wait 20 more minutes for them to make 2x Quarter Pounders with cheese. If they are busy, do not go here, just keep driving. If they are quiet and there is no one in the drive-thru, perhaps you'll have a better experience than I did. For goodness sakes, hire enough people to run the place properly when you know you're going to be quite obviously busy at certain times of day or week. Perhaps they just have enough business not to care, but it's a shame either way. I would honestly pay higher prices just to have the old McDonald's experience back.

  Had an issue with my order lana went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected very friendly professional and courteous even offered to pay for my food which i declined but greatly appreciated definetly made my visit worth it

  By far the worst customer service from Manager Rita. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes before anyone took my order. When trying to speak to her she was really rude. I will be calling corporate on her tomorrow!!

  Messed up my food tried calling multiple times and no answer this is ridiculous they want to get paid 15 $20 an hour. I can’t even get a cheeseburger right
