i am not sorry leaving this review. this place was absolutely horrible. the lady at the window, short hair big eyelashes, wearing what almost looked like a shift lead/manager shirt because it was blue buttoned up and collard, had the absolute worst attitude with me. it is not difficult to do your job correctly or speak to customers the right way no matter how horrible your day is. she charged me for the wrong order and when i realized it i said something and her response with the upmost rude attitude "why did you not say something when i asked" and i paused because of her attitude trying not lash out on her for using a disrespectful tone and she
continued to look at me and say "i'm waiting" so i said "i misunderstood you" she then proceeded to say "i don't even know what
to do in this situation" GIVE ME A REFUND. YOU SHOULD BE TRAINED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO IN THIS SITUATION. when i got to the window to get my food after i paid for the wrong order, they tried to give me the food i paid for which was not the food i ordered. i then received MY order that I ORDERED AT THE SPEAKER, BUT MY DRINK WAS WRONG. Incompetent workers ever! i have worked in some sort of restaurant industry and fast food industry so i know it is not difficult at all to treat customers with respect or know how to do your job properly. i will never return to this location, i don't even know if i will be getting a refund and i don't care at this point. horrible experience!!!

Lady at the drive thru had an attitude, she was about to get smacked through the speaker. My wife had to go back into the store to get my kids happy meal. Retraining needed

This McDonald’s has got to be the worst McDonald’s in York county. The people are never friendly, they never seem to be working just half ass ethic. I’ve been here a couple time before. If you have anywhere to be and want to get food from here, get here two hours early and you’ll maybe get you food at a decent time. In the drive thru you always have to pull up and pray your food is right because I guess people can’t read a screen to make your order right. I get people make mistakes but when you make a mistake every time. Something has to be fixed other wise people are gonna be without jobs.

My drink was made incorrectly went inside and spoke with the store manager Stephanie. When having employees remake the drink she began cursing at them. When I told her I did not like how she was speaking to her employee s she shrugged her shoulders and said ok. This is no way anyone should be treated as an employee or paying customer. Restaurant smelled like sewage as well.

If I could do no stars I absolutely would, you only getting the one so I can comment. Idk what it is about this McDonald’s, every time I order food it’s either not right or I’m missing what I paid for but this morning I ordered 2 mcchicken biscuits, a large orange juice, a caramel iced coffee with 2 shots of caramel and 2 shots of liquid sugar, a hash brown and an oatmeal with cream, idk if they just to lazy, high or what to make sure people’s food is right but this is ridiculous, every single time it’s wrong,im missing my orange juice, I got just watered down ice coffee, ice cold mcchickens where the cheeses isn’t even melted and I’m missing my hash brown, not to mention I paid to get the “new” hot honey on my mcchickens for them to be dryer than Sheetrock, you guys really need to step up this location, people work hard for their money all to get burglarized of it.
