  Absolutely do not go here. Order was wrong, staff doesn't care about anything, completely lazy. Waited 20min for cold food and half the order missing. They might as well close this location.

  1406 E. Main Street, Rockhill, SC. Waited 7 minutes at the order station. The employees smoke cigarettes outside next to the entry doors. I wound up just leaving without them taking my order. This has happend twice now and I will not be coming back. This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

  Says they open at 8am and it’s 8:18, I’m not sure if they regularly just decide when to open but this is awful. Sat here to put in a review and watch them pull into the parking lot I’m not getting no Wendy’s tho.

  Ha!! What a joke.. started when we walked in .. it was clean kinda not!!! no one cleaned tables floor was nasty.. couldn't get my app to work on the self order so we went to the counter then was told we had to go through the drive through so the drive through we go ... was it better ? no not at all no one inside had to wait 10 mins for them to take the persons order infront of us we get up there another wait another 5 mins for her to come back to take ours .. we ordered a number 8 large, a large chili, and cheese fries .. get to the window to pay .. we are handed a medium drink, my husband asks what size it is she said medium he tells her we ordered a large she made another medium and told us to keep the other one .. our drink was suppose to be Dr pepper.. yea that's not what we got we got coke .. let's not even talk about the fries ... they were so hard and cold I asked her when we're they made .. she goes and gets another one that was the same way .. they were so hard my puppy ( we had our babies with us) was using the fries as a teether... and that's no joke I wish I would have gotten a video of it .. then my husband had to walk in to get his cheese fries because you guessed it wasn't in the bag .. like really ?? A simple order gone so wrong.. there was no excuse for that at all ... and I know people get things wrong no ones perfect but a number 8 large with Dr pepper, large chili, and cheese fries? We got a number 8 medium with fries you couldn't eat and coke , cold chili the cheese wouldn't melt, and no cheese fries that was paid for...

  So I made a mobile order to this place..I get there patiently waiting watching the surroundings, I see they have a new employee who didn't know how to make my grilled wrap( which was cool I was new once)..watching him putting nuggets that have been sitting up there since I've been waiting, so I kindly asked him i didn't want them if they have been sitting up there, he ask another employee how long have they been sitting there, he said they jus came up(ok cool)..so im he finish preparing the bag and hands me my food, meanwhile I'm still waiting on someone to make my mango lemonade and two strawberry lemonades bc the new employee didn't know how to make them..So again im waiting he hands me my food, so im checking it and im missing a fry and my fries are cold..The young lady comes over that's in the window tell me they don't have strawberry lemonade, I said ok let me call and see if they wanted something different..i told her one jus wanted a regular lemonade, she looks at me and said ok..but didn't come grab the cup, so I waited bc she is taking orders in drive-thru..so when the other employee comes back in from taking a order to the car, I asked could he replaced my fries for hot ones and give me the missing fries..he said ok, so im jus waiting and waiting, young lady still haven't came back to make the lemonade..So a Rock Hill couch comes in and 3 ppl from the back came up to him holding a conversation with him..while im still waiting on the rest of my order..which they could have finish taking care of the customer(me) bc I all I was waiting on was the 3 fries and a lemonade, in then continue on with your conversation..So my patience went out the door..i told them "I'm trying me nice, I could jus let you all make all of my food over, bc ive been waiting so long for a Lemonade and 3 fries meanwhile the rest of my food getting cold..The young lady in the window, taking about i had a attitude, jus talking smack..bc ive been waiting 20mins for my food I paid for to Wendy's that help pay your paycheck, i jus looked at her..Wendy's is not the same..I use to love Wendy's, now I jus don't like the place at all..It starts with the Management team!!
