🚩Just wow!! This review is not for food but service. Tonight our family decided to go for frostys and nuggets. When we pulled up I heard the recording and started to order, then there was silence, I said hello and a voice said hold on, we waited close to a full 8 minutes and realized nobody was helping us. We were the only people at drive thru at the time then drove past the store and could see the two people on their phones with no customers. The girl at the pickup window bent over her phone just looked at us with a strange glare. One male looked to be mopping the floor by the tables. It was 9:40pm, January 5th I hope the GM sees this and fires the cashier, and cook. 🤦

Went to Wendy’s this morning to order food for my family, I spent $40 in drive thru and only got half of my order, after calling to speak with the store manager (General manager), black women with dread locks.. she was very rude to me! She stated that she didn’t have time to be on the phone about a order and hung straight up in my face, After acknowledging how rude she was my husband and I decided to go back to the store and get a refund, approaching the front counter I asked who was the manager that I spoke to and she wouldn’t give me her name. All I know is she is the general manger And she is rude as hell! I would not recommend going to this place if you are looking for 5 star service I will be contacting their corporate office until this issues is fixed because she does not deserve to work with the public if she’s going to be acting like this

I went to this Wendy’s today and chose to go inside because I had a gift card. There was an elderly couple in front of me who were clearly out for a special trip to Wendy’s. I watched the manager, who identified herself as “Muffin” to me (no name tags), shout the price at them as she walked away, even though she could clearly see that he was counting out cash from his wallet. Being an 80+ year-old man who clearly had some dexterity issues, he counted out the cash and gently set it down on the counter while she was off doing something else. He asked again for her to remind him of the total, and she shouted it at him twice from across the kitchen. She then came back to him and held out her hand to prove a point that he shouldn’t be so “rude” as to put it on the counter — he should hand it directly to her, even though she had literally walked away from him. His wife picked up the cash and change off the counter and handed it to “Muffin.” Muffin then handed him an empty cup and walked away again. He asked kindly if there was tea out in the dining room, to which she shouted “no” in annoyance, even though I presume he had asked for tea in his original order. She filled his tea, walked away again, and again shouted in annoyance when he asked for his receipt. She then had someone else cover the register so she could take a phone call from a friend working in a store or restaurant across the street so they could place an order over the phone. That might seem reasonable until you realize there were cars wrapped around the building. After receiving my order, I asked for her name and let her know that’s not an acceptable way to treat someone, especially someone elderly. She immediately raised her voice to me, explained that they’re in there all the time, they always have something to complain about, and that they “threw the money at her” and she just wasn’t going to have that. I told her that, regardless of circumstance, you can’t expect respect without giving respect. I watched what happened. He was a frail, elderly man who set his money down on the counter and did not in any way “throw” it at her. It also seemed like the annoyances she had could’ve been avoided if she simply stopped walking away before the transaction was completed. Also, if she’s trying to claim they always have a problem with their order, that would make sense because, in the short time I was standing there, several people came inside to have their drive-through orders corrected. Muffin is supposed to be a leader in this store and is clearly setting a terrible example for her employees by showing them it’s acceptable to decide a customer is “a problem” and then treat them with disrespect and unkindness. I imagine if these customers were truly so bad, she would politely ask them not to come back. I did speak with them, and they said they try not to come back because they are always treated this way and they just don’t understand why. If you speak to Muffin, she’ll give you a bunch of excuses about why they “deserved it” and how they were mean to her first — but I’d challenge you to ask yourself: when is it ever okay for a Wendy’s employee to yell at a frail 85-year-old man? The food was also very old and dry (nuggets and fries)
