    If you prefer your food to be served to you room temp as if it’s been sitting out for a while, boy is this the place for you. Tried it a second time to see if they were just having an off day the first time, nope their food is just always served as if it’s been sitting out a while.

    This location is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Dont know if they dont have enough help or what the problem is. Its the closest Wendys to my house so I end up giving them another chance every month or so only to be severely disappointed every time. Prepare to spend at least an hour in the drive thru no matter what the time of day. And I cant count the number of times I've been told they're only accepting cash. And I really question if the 1 and only guy that actually makes the food can read. I've never had an order made 100% correct. He remade my order twice 1 night before he walked up to the counter for clarification from me. It was literally 2 jr cheesburgers with no mustard. If anybody in that building makes more than minimum wage, they are severely overpaid! 1 star isn't low enough. Would give negative stars if it were possible!

    I don't know what's going on with these new employees but they obviously they don't pay attention to what you're saying and then at the drive-thru window they give you different food and they make you wait 5 to 10 minutes in a Drive-Thru the wait is awful. I just want to get my correct food and go home how hard can that be?

    I’ve visited this location a handful of times in the last year. Service is nice but every time I go, I get my food in under a minute and it’s never fresh. Always like it has been sitting there for 20-30 minutes. ESPECIALLY the fries!! I appreciate the efficiency but I would like hot food made to order as that is what I’m paying for. Especially when there are maybe 3 customers at the whole establishment.

    Today Dec 13 at 410 I went inside because the drive thru was packed. When I got inside I seen why. They had 3 workers 1 drive thru cashier, a lobby cashier and 1 food prep. The 2 cashiers just did their stuff and stood there waiting for the prep person to do the orders. I stood inside 20 min waiting on order just watching. I could write a review that said they were slow as crap but I am not going to do that. The food prep an older woman was working her butt off while the 2 kids just stood around watching and waiting. At anytime they could have went and helped if they were trained in food prep that I don't know I'm just assuming. But if they were trained in food prep they never once offered to help to speed the process up at all. So this review is solely for the food prep person that deserves 5 stars but nothing is perfect so I have a 4 star review but my opinion is that the food prep person deserves a thank you not just from me but from everyone that was there today because she was working her butt off and deserves the flowers of this review. So here are your flowers and I hope someone from Wendy's reads this review and is able to track you down from the date and time I posted and give you additional acknowledgement.
