    This was a doordash pickup, confirmed order was being prepared. Doordash sent me a message stating order was likely ready 5 minutes before original time of pick up. I arrived 5 minutes after notification from doordash, waited 10 minutes bc I was told order was almost ready, should be a few minutes. I believe the manager came to the register, asked what I was waiting for, said they did not have the stuffed crust, which costs more, but I asked could they prepare another pizza, mind you they were trying to leave, im sure it was close to closing, but over 30 minutes of my time, my gas to go pick up an order that was never prepared. My pick up order was well over 60.00, 2 pizzas and Alfredo pasta . Time money and the fact this was our meal for the night. To be told the truck would be in tomm, so my dinner tonight has to wait until tomm. They did not want to accommodate my situation, and was quick to say we will just cancel, oh ok so my family looked forward to the pizza we had a night planned, and I guess that just canceled my plans for the night.

    I ordered two medium pizzas. I requested one to be cut in squares. It was done on the wrong pizza. I ordered extra cheese on both. There was no extra cheese. The pizzas were cooked to where they both had bubbles. This was a second order which I got a credit after getting the previous order that was wrong.

    Ordered last night and had delivery. I spoke to the manager this morning to give a shout-out to those who made our order and the delivery driver (unfortunately, the driver cannot be recognized because of their service). Anyway, the ones working last night were James and Noah who made our food. I wanted to give them a huge kudos for making fresh, hot, delicious food! Also, the manager I spoke to today was very nice!

    PLEASE GIVE ROBERT A RAISE (and a helping hand!!!) My employer ordered $500 worth of food for our lunch today and I was asked to pick it up. I was greeted by Robert who began by apologizing because they were out of apple pies and he was alone so he didn’t have the chance to call. But he made (an excellent) executive decision to replace them with a bunch of cinnamon rolls. Robert made all of our pizzas, wings, and desserts PERFECTLY and ALONE! All while handling any other orders and phone calls. I felt so bad that he was by himself but I was just wildly impressed by how positive, upbeat, and kind he was despite that! We’ve had many of our lunch orders with multiple issues from other establishments that were fully staffed, he got it 100% perfect alone. Absolutely outstanding. I hope management sees this and recognizes this awesome man!!

    Placed my order through the app, waited for over an hour while it said still working on it. Called them, I got hung up, called again, spoke with someone who said they cancelled all the orders due to not being setup yet. This would be fine except I have received ZERO communication about this it says it's still being made. The individual went to speak to the manager to identify why it shows up different, got hung up on. Called back and it went to an answering service that now says they are closed. The answering service said that I would need to call back when they are open....even though the website and app says they are. Some serious issues with communication and service here. Update: I added one more star for a few reasons. One, a different person at answering service did call me back. She was very polite, but honestly still unable to give me many answers other than it SHOULD be cancelled and refunded within 7 business days. The only other reason I gave another star was because they did update the app to now show that the store is closed (incorrect time though since it says a time that has already passed) and unavailable for future order. That being said it still says my order is being worked on haha- I know it's not accurate, but still funny. Funnier than me not getting my food or notified that it was cancelled to begin with. Alas, I am going to order pizza elsewhere since I am still hungry.
