They were all staring at me because apparently they knew I didn’t pay the tip. When I was about to leave with my pizza, she said, hang on a second and you didn’t answer the question, and then she pointed at the Tip screen on the iPad. I ended up leaving a dollar tip just so I could leave. These people are basically forcing you to leave a tip on a carryout order, which is insane. Won’t go back.

I already had a terrible experience previously while in the store so I wasn’t expecting the best service but I thought I’d give it another try. Won’t make that mistake again. Cancelled my order. Marcos is a great alternative to this location.

My bread sticks were not sliced up so we had to half ass cut them up and try to slice them at home. My traditional wings that I ordered were not traditional in fact they were boneless and hard as crap. They didn't even have marinara..... Meal was so bad most of it got thrown away will not be visiting this location ever again. This was completely unacceptable and ruined my family meal.......
