This location is fairly new, I started going because it's closer to me than the McDonald's I normally visit. The service is mediocre at best. The food is never hot or fresh which is wild since every single time I go I'm made to pull out of the drive thru and into a spot to wait for the food, it doesn't matter what time of the day you go. The custom service is terrible, there is only one younger female that works there that's ALWAYS nice and smiling but everyone else acts as if they're being bothered. It's worth it to drive a few extra miles to get food from the other McDonald's near me, I'm always greeted kindly, very rarely am I asked to pull out of line and not once have ever ever gotten food that's not fresh or hot and I never have to wait for my food.

Stopped, was mostly dead. Online order. Had me pull to 3rd window, despite person behind us was just chatting at the window, didn't get anything.
Waited, after line cleared and waiting about 15 minutes, we backed up to find them working on Uber orders. So I honked to ask where our food was. They forgot about us. The food was slipped together to fast it was a mess. My wife's mcchicken sandwiches asked for added pickles and they looked like they had stuff on them, but was scrapped off. This is disgusting, dishonest and whoever did this should be fired. They acted rude when we asked about our order.
This is a brand new mcdonalds. Go somewhere else, they have the wrong people, both employees and management and you may be risking your health.

The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitudes were nasty, and they treated customers with no respect, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and disappointing. They also got my order wrong twice. I ended up just taking my food back and getting my money back. I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere else. Let this be my reminder not to stop by this McDonald’s again.

Food was ice cold! Don’t know how when they’re changing over from breakfast to lunch so it should have been piping hot. My Big Mac barely had any Mac sauce on it and it was COLD. Not to mention the workers were not very friendly. Why can’t people just be nice these days?? It’s not that hard! Highly disappointed!

Inside ordering stations were slow and not very customizable. We wanted a cup of water with our kids meal, but only had the option of an up charged bottle of it. My MIL didn't want ice in her drink, but no option. The table numbers were all used and dirty and my husband had to go reach across the register table to even get one. It took almost 10 minutes for the food to come out. Before that, no other workers were seen. My husband ordered a quarter pounder and he said it was "dry and small". All that AND higher prices.
Sad to see that all the reviews seem to be consistent with this experience. McDonald's, if you ever somehow see these, please know that the self serve terminals are cold and take away what little bit of happiness we used to get from eating at Mcdonalds. It's so gray, frustrating, and impersonal.
