There are tons of orders out there customers have been sitting for 20+ minutes waiting on their order and still haven’t gotten two McChicken‘s two fries and two drinks. I got my order about 15 minutes before I got here and I’m still waiting on the order like this is insane. This is a new McDonald’s this shouldn’t happen.

They forgot half of the order and proceeded to give attitude. They bring out only one item out of three they were missing and said to have a good day. He then proceeds to say he’s missing more. It’s ridiculous how back and forth when all you have to do is read a damn screen and put the food in the bag. It’s not that hard when I was a teenager I had a fast food job and never had this stupidity running through my veins. So stupid.

I drove around to the first window where a kind lady named Delores prompty provided our receipt. We asked for an extra syrup with our order and she told the other side so we didnt have to. We had two orders one of which one had a breakfast sandwich that was customized and one had the extra syrup. Both were correct and tasted good. Mcdonalds isnt a fancy restaurant but I can appreciate great service, good food, a correct order, and a great price via the mobile app.
