Gave me a burger without the burger patty... like, how do you miss the whole point of a burger my guy? Just go to the Wendy's down the road. There way better.

Ordered and paid for my breakfast before breakfast was over. Got there at 10:34. Chick at the counter refused to give me my food and told me I had to cancel the order and wait the 1-7 business days to receive my refund.

Left a different 24 hr McDonalds location nearby that “closed” when I got there. So I back tracked all the way to this store. I placed my mobile order when I was at the “closed” store. When I got to this store and drove up to the drive through, the only thing said to me was “We aren’t taking orders right now”. I told him that I already placed a mobile order. All he did was repeat himself, “we aren’t taking orders right now”. Not sure he understood, but they had already taken my order on the app and it was paid for. I asked him what I’m supposed to do now that I’ve ordered and paid, but he won’t serve me the meal. All he said was “Go talk to customer service and get your money back.” That’s absolutely trash. McDonald’s has gone from being known as the “Sorry our ice cream machine is broken” to the “We aren’t taking orders.” restaurant chain. The crazy thing is the staff don’t care. They probably wear that label with pride when it should embarrass them. The entire reason I even go to McDonald’s is because they are supposed to be open when others aren’t in the morning. Now I can see that they won’t even stay open during their normal open hours, so it’s not worth attempting to go anymore. But again, they don’t care because they still get their paycheck without doing the work… for now…

I went to get breakfast with my friends last Tuesday and the workers in the restaurant were a little rude and definitely does not have the greatest customer service it’s very disappointing because I have worked in customer service and I would never treat a paying customer in this manner. We went back through the drive through and the lady was very polite.
