And if I were the store GM I’d fire them for being so rude to customers!!! And what store manager isn’t allowed to give out their name? If I was coming back to fix an order I’m pretty sure I would have had to say I spoke with such and such manager. Lastly for me to have have called three times and spoke with three different managers on the floor and was greated and given such poor service the home office or area manager needs to come and review their managers

Everyone’s order took close to 10 minutes and the register was empty for long periods of time, so people had to peek into the kitchen to get some service.
