After they pulled forward I sat at the order board for five minutes before anyone made a sound. I say sound because I could not tell what was said. I placed my order and pulled to the window to be treated with another sound. No hello. No total for my order. Just what appeared to be a sound. Please work on the customer service aspect of your establishment. The experience goes a long way with customers. The doughnuts speak for themselves.

My boyfriend and I stopped by this morning, sat at the speaker, and waited about 10 minutes to place our order, but no one spoke to us. We eventually pulled up to the window and saw a few of the female employees laughing, chatting, and carrying on. After sitting at the window for 8 minutes, one of the employees came over, rolling her eyes. My boyfriend asked if they were open for business and taking orders, to which she replied, "Of course, sweetie." He informed her that we had been waiting at the speaker box for a while. She told us, "Oh, it's broken," but there was no sign indicating that it wasn't working. She took our order but seemed indifferent about it. When we received our coffee, it was made very sloppily and carelessly. I recommend that everyone stay away from this location. I do not recommend it at all.
