The staff takes my food allergies seriously, they are friendly and the food is consistently delicious. So thankful for Five Guys on Herlong.

Unfortunately, the food wasn’t up to their usual standards. Our fries were served cold, and while they replaced them, we had to wait, which caused our burgers to get cold in the meantime. This has never happened before, so I’m hoping it was just an off day.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
