  Staff is so kind and friendly each morning I go through, they are always constant, making my days coffee perfect. I just dont like the food personally, thats my take and its at ALL dunkins.

  They always run out of baby munchkins that are filled with the Bavarian cream. I love the refreshers with the lemonade today was berry and was BERRY good.

  I want to start off by saying, anyone new here looking at the reviews, the negative ones are a scam and wrote by bitter people. Let me make it clear that I know the entire crew on a personal level at this location. Every single one of them, all the way up to the supervisor, are very sweet and generous individuals if you gotten to know them or just interacted for a moment. So anyone saying "horrible people, horrible staff" absolutely incorrect. I've seen so many customers use and abuse this staff and location. Definitely abusing the "customer is always right", holding up the car line where this location has to continuously call the cops over a customer not wanting to read a sign on their window that says "we don't take 100 bill", or a lady who claimed she ordered a second sandwich- but really wanted the second one for free. A man who claims they "charged him twice". It's absolutely obnoxious what I whitness with CUSTOMERS! little things that you, the customers hold up a car line over and ruin everyone else day. Secondly, anyone complaining about their coffee, 90% of the time this staff makes your coffee on point. But as a customer, you can also make the step to take a sip of your coffee and make sure it's right for you and simply have them adjust it to your likely. Your either wanting more sugar or less sugar at the end of the day. This ain't Starbucks. Third, the fact that we have customers complaining and leaving a review over a bagel is crazy to me. Even with pictures. I see nothing wrong with them nor any evidence to your complaints. This location is fine and the staff is like family to me. Customers are the worst around holidays and treat staff in general, anywhere, like peasants. But what we're not going to do is spread false statements. I've been going here since it opened. Years. As customers you have a job yourself and it's to speak up if something is wrong with your order so they can fix it. People do make mistakes. Again, this isn't Starbucks. This a family place.
