Managers and employees need to be able to admit to making mistakes instead of taking the defensive role and in this case, hanging up on a customer. Maturity goes a long way.

I couldn’t wait any longer cause I already wasted eight minutes of my time so I drove off and I tried to call the store, but of course no one answered. I’ve gotten service here. That was really great a couple of times but today was the worst. I probably won’t be coming back. I’ll just drive up the road to Starbucks instead.
