  As a door dash delivery driver myself The WAY they picked to deliver their pizzas via their choice of route and drop off is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Why in the world when you are coming from Celanese will you drive all the way to Dave Lyle and make a delivery there FIRST… then come BACK down 77 to Cherry road to deliver near Taco Bell.. when my address was literally within 2 minutes from the store only to bring our delivery last?? Make it make sense? An hour for food when the store is literally 2 minutes or less away. This was a no brainer.. watching the drivers route gave me an aneurysm.

  As others have stated, this location has declined in quality in recent months. Tonight, my husband went to get pizza and as he pulled up to the curbside window he saw no employees in the store. After about 3 minutes two employees emerged from the back, with one carrying a baby. As they saw him, they quickly ran to the back again and came back with no baby to help serve him. We understand childcare can be hard to have, but this is not right especially in a restaurant environment. Also, the cheesy bread wasn't cut.

  The best staff! And our orders have always been 100% correct, hot when we pick up, and super yummy. This is our favorite Dominoes location!!!

  I think the staff was very helpful and very kind. But I am not thrilled about my experience. I wasn’t thrilled that I had to limp out of my home with an injured foot after waiting an hour and a half for food. I wasn’t thrilled that when I opened my pizza box, I found that it was cold. It was not being kept warm. And I wasn’t thrilled that the cheesy stuffed bread was mostly unsalted, unflavored dough which was 99.01% bread and 0.99% cheese. I nearly choked on the first bite (not literally, but it was uncomfortably thick/dry. Again, I think the staff was a phenomenally friendly, but this was not an experience that I would want to repeat And it’s probably my last experience with this particular Location

  Service at this location recently has gone down dramatically, with my experience today being the worst. There were 2 workers making pizzas and seemed to be doing their job fine, one worker who was frantically running around and trying to right the ship, and another employee who didn't look like they wanted to be there and put in the least effort possible. When I asked multiple times for my order that was ready and I could see it on the expediter stand, I was told the boxes weren't labeled and they didn't know which was mine. When I told them what my order was, they barely looked before going to do something else. When I asked again for my food, I was finally given it. There was still someone in the store waiting for their order and the line for the window pickup had grown from 1 to 4 cars in my 10 mins there, without a single order being delivered to anyone else. This location was once great with hardly any problems, but in the last few months the service and quality has dramatically decreased. I hope this will be addressed as I enjoy Domino's, but not the service for this location. Update: despite the owner/operator reaching out to have me email them personally, they never got back to me. At the same time, I've been having various other issues at this location. Management doesn't seem too concerned about recent complaints it seems...
