    Most of the employees were rude , rushing , and not helpful. The inside of the location was dirty with food everywhere. Cleaning the counters with dirty rags . The trash overflowing.

    I don't know how this chipotle can be so disgusting when every other one (including the other location in Rock Hill) is always superb. The food had no taste, the chips were plain (no lime salt taste), the red and green tomatillo sauces were some disgusting watery goo. Who ever is running this store should be fired. I visited on Jan 2 2026.

    Almost everytime I order on the mobile app I pay for the guacamole as it is extra and everytime I get my order it does not have any. This has happened atleast 7 different times. Please check your food and bags because if not you are paying more for nothing.
