My spouse and I went to this restaurant to give them another try at a different dsy and time from a previous bad instance where we were turned away due to lack of kitchen help and delay over an hour ro sest us. When we got there the red haired hostess that begins with an A was so confused where to sest us in a mostly empty place. We were seated and another waitress came over very timely and took our order. We got the appetizers with no silverware or napkins. Chicken tenders came later with cold fries and no honey mustard asked for.
Made a point to ask for the mustard she stops to take another order and the starts joking with the hostess. I ask for my check and the manager and she tells me the manager Amanda is not on duty and only someone named Stephen acting as manager that is too busy to come out. She doesn't offer to comp the food, or replace it with fresh, tells me they were out of mustard thats why she didn't bring it back and was a horrible waitress.
I just wanted to leave so I give her a 25 gift card and 20.00 bill and she tells me because my portion was only 50 cents what do I want yo do I said thats what the 20 was for to break it and to cover the difference she said are you sure I said yes because im going to file a complaint anyway thats all i had so she said thanks and just walks away. Who does that? Doesnt get the acting manager, does t replace or fix the food when I was upset she was chatting instead of fixing my food and thinks the 20 was for her doing nothing for me. Had my wife not wanted to go I would have wanted to raise a scene until I got my change

Came in on 11/22 at 7:30pm to watch the football games & grab dinner. We waited to be seated by staff, multiple staff members walked right by us, looked at us & did not even acknowledge us verbally. After waiting, I went to go check with the bartender to see if we could sit in the bar high top seating. Upon walking into the bar area, I immediately turned around, as there were bust tubs on almost every table, in addition to trash on almost every table and chair. I understand being busy or needing to catch up, but there were not enough customers or tables to allow this bad of customer service or atmosphere. The workers were walking regular pace and not acknowledging other individuals standing and waiting either. First time here and will never be back

Not sure what happened here. I ordered an online pickup for 6:10 I got there a few minutes early in hopes maybe it would be ready well it’s now 6:40 and I’m just now leaving the parking lot. After waiting for my food for 20 mins they said it’ll be a few more minutes for my tots. After that they came out with no tea. Told me it would be 5 more minutes. An hour for food is insane. I ordered at 5:50. They had no one working Togo and was forcing this one SERVER to do everything. I walked in first and still got serviced after 4 different Togo orders and 3 tables. Never again.
