  I am running DoorDash and I got my order when I was in Newport at Aldi shopping for another customer I finished shopping. At Aldi in Newport, South Carolina and then drove all the way here my order still not done. I waited 10 minutes in line for my order to be completed. It is still not done so the DoorDash offered me to unassigned from the order. Nobody has a sense of urgency and multiple customers are upset because they’re not being good with their time. This is a terrible service for today. Very very awful. Can you please have people do their jobs with a sense of urgency. This is fast food, not slow food.

  Marked online order complete. Went to pick up said it would be a few minutes more. Left after 40 minutes of waiting still no food. Tried to get refund and manager had no idea how to do it and yelled at us like it was my fault. This place is awful! Stay away

  This location switched to touch screen ordering. So, touch the screen that everyone else is touching, then sit down and eat with those same fingers. I left and went to yucky McDonald’s. I’ll miss ya Bojangles. ☹️

  Very lucky for y'all that I just really wanted to eat here today. The AI drive thru didnt know what I was asking for, and went silent. When I went inside, I found that my only real option was the touch kiosk, which kept timing out on me EXTREMELY fast. These changes away from having an actual person take orders are not as good and helpful as the corporate billionaires think they are. I also heard the workers loudly complain when someone else in the drive thru ordered a large amount of food. Not to mention, it took nearly 20 minutes for what looked like a fully staffed kitchen to get to my order—there was no hustle. I love the food but the service and company seem to be going downhill, and it makes me worried about if i'll even want to eat bojangles as much in the future, and y'all should be worried too! EDIT: And to top it all off they forgot the honey mustard that my pregnant wife wanted 🤬
