- JHJill HNov 22, 20255.0I was craving a Ham and Swiss from Arby's so I stop by the one on Cranium Drive. I was the third car in line at the drive-thru (we all pulled in at the sane time). When I got to the speaker, I was asked to hold for a moment. After a few minutes, I got my order in and there was an apology for the wait (it didn't bother me that I had to wait). It seemed they were short handed but I will tell you Dylan's customer service was excellent and the food was great!
