  Grabbed some breakfast sandwiches this morning along with two large iced lattes , only decent thing was the customer service. Breakfast sandwiches cold , wrong bread as well as bacon cheese cold coffee just tasted like burnt coffee. Waste of 30 bucks!! Last time being let down by Dunkin!

  It is a hit or miss which ever location I decide to visit. Everybody should know how to make the drinks I imagine their is a receipe?? Love the refreshers. The doughnuts used to be good but now they taste very rubbery and small and not worth the price.

  I stopped at this location while I was in Rock Hill yesterday and Brianna waiting on me. She was most helpful when I asked her to carry my donut and coffee tonight table since I'm walking with a cane she delightfully accepted and performed as requested!!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. Service was unusually slow, and the overall experience felt disorganized. There was no explanation for the delay, which made the wait more frustrating. Dunkin’ is typically reliable, so this was surprising. I hope management takes a closer look at staffing and workflow at this location.

  Bathrooms are very dirty and need attention! The store wasn’t busy at all, actually no customers when I went. I even had to yell out for assistance. After getting help I went to the bathroom and found it very dirty. This isn’t from just a days dirt. They need to pay close attention and clean better.
